Nathalie is beyond super! Very professional, funny and warm :) Nathalie started my tattoo removal process and her estimations on healing and needed appointments have been correct. I have known all the time what will happen and what to expect. Nathalie seems to be always one step ahead and is clear instructor, she provides information comprehensively e.g. prices, hyper pigmentation on my skin etc. In addition, I have never felt embarrassed to re-ask about things regarding removal process, this is important as there is long healing time between appointments.

Even under time pressure she goes through the developments/treatment history with genuine presence, she focus on details and analyzes the development calmly and openly, she remembers insanely well information that has been shared on previous appointments.

Nathalie has talent in creating safe, happy and warm environment - the pain is much easier to go through in environment like that :) Million thanks Nathalie - once again!
